Raw Papaya Recipes

PAPAYA

This versatile fruit can be used as a vegetable when raw and can be eaten as a ripe fruit too.
The pulp, skin as well as the seeds are used for various purposes.

As Children when a papaya was cut open we were forced to eat atleast 2 tiny bitter seeds..Hmmm...No choice there(which we generally gulped it down our throat with water !)..But now I know the ringworm theory behind it ..

Ripe Papaya has to be eaten within 20 mins fo peeling and cutting it so that maximum nutrients will be absorbed by the body

Don't miss out on the skin of the ripe papaya, rub it all over your face and wash it in tap water after 20 mins .

The easiest way to eat Green papaya is by adding it to any yellow dal
